On this Thanksgiving morning, I want to say that I am grateful for each one of you. Also, for my health, my life in this beautiful place I live, for fresh water, and fresh fruits and vegetables, and for yoga. My life would not be the same without it.
Please join me this morning for Yin Yoga class with Nancy from Yoga on the Beach at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, Key West. It is a beautiful way to start the day right on the ocean’s edge. Class starts at 8:15am.
