Massage Therapy
My full body massage integrates Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, acupressure, and neuromuscular therapies to assist in realigning deep layers of soft tissue, relieving and releasing chronic muscle pain. Reiki energy healing may be a part of your session. Massage benefits individuals by stimulating circulation, eliminating toxins, improving muscle tone, boosting the immune system, and increasing range of motion.
Traditional Thai Massage also available (90 minute session).
Integrative Massage, Traditional Thai Massage and Reiki sessions are available by appointment. Studio sessions are available in Key West at the Heron Building on North Roosevelt Blvd. You can also find me at Isle Style Spa Salon Boutique, on Simonton St, in Key West.
Sessions are tailored to each client’s individual needs. Rates are as follows: studio sessions – 30 minutes ($50), 60 minutes ($85), or 90 minutes ($125); For In-Home Sessions, add $10 from Key West to Cudjoe, $15 from Summerland to Big Pine, and $25 for Marathon.
